The city of Las Vegas in Clark County is a well-known city to many Chinese people. American people built such a miraculous city in the Western Desert, this significant success couldn't be achieved without the wise leadership of Clark County. September 20th, the Commissioner Chair of Clark County, Nevada, Mrs. Susan Brager accepted our exclusive interview request.    "Good morning, Mrs. Susan Brager, China's economy has developed rapidly, how will Clark County determine its goals and directions to promote the cooperation with China?" We asked.    "Nevada State has been also developing rapidly in the recent years. Many Asian people came here for living or working. I think the integration with Asian markets could bring a lot of development opportunities to Clark County. The development rate of Asian people in Clark County is about 9% on average each year; therefore, to Chinese entrepreneurs, Clark County is a very attractive place with international influence. We have a plan to expand the cooperation with China. Now is the best time to invest in U.S." Susan Brager said.    We talked about what kind of supports Clark County would offer to Chinese real estate entrepreneurs to choose development projects in Las Vegas City or the county? Susan Brager said: "I have lived in Clark County since 1950s and worked in the real state industry for more than 23 years. Now I become the Commissioner Chair of the county. I really understand the industry and its development trend globally and locally. We can provide a lot of useful information and assistance to help Chinese entrepreneurs to establish their investments and developments here."    Susan Brager also introduced that Clark County has 38 government departments to provide services to the general public. Many services are associated with real estate and infrastructure industries. The city of Las Vegas also provides a number of specialized services to tourism, local and foreign sectors. Clark County is a very important component of the Great Las Vegas region.    "We would like to know how much is the current land price per acre in Clark County?" We asked Susan. She answered: "This depends on the size of the land and the location. Purchasing a land is very simple here. If there is a seller willing to sell his land, then you can make a deal with him right away. However, it is recommended to have an agent to go through all documentations for both buyer and seller. Purchasing a land here is permanent, no time restriction on the use of the land. Clark County and a business group from Langfang, China signed an agreement last November, and they purchased a nine-acres land. In that transaction, the price per acre was only $ 44,000. Before that, the land was fully owned by Clark County.    During the interview, we learnt that Mrs. Susan Brager had 23-years practical experience in the real estate industry, and now she is the commissioner of the county.
